"Hi. I bought one of Leigh's meal plans and it's done wonders for me. Starting from anorexia a few years ago I managed to bulk up on plain chicken and plain rice for over 6 months religiously, nothing else. Just plain white rice and plain chicken breast and orange juice. I just couldn't bulk up anymore and I don't know how to cook either. so I messaged him. His plans are well designed for your needs and day to day free time for cooking as well as tailored for your specific goals. For me the recipes are very easy to make and honestly I didn't even know what 80% of those foods were before seeing them on my meal plan so I'm also learning recipes and cooking and variety. I didn't even know chia seeds existed. In just 2 weeks of full strict adherance to it I gained quality weight and I already did 2 PRs that I never thought I would do. "I have been getting back into my workout journey, and although I have been working out, I have not been eating the best. I reached out to him and he has been nothing but helpful. Takes the time to make sure that the meal plan fits something you can actually accomplish as well as keeping it budget friendly if need be. I have been following his meal plan with minor changes here and there to mix it up a bit and since I am a bigger guy, already lost 6-7 lbs in about a week and a Half. If you are hesitant about paying for the meal plan don't me, he actually takes his time to plan the meal within a week or 2.
